Care Packages
Care Package and Gift Card Donations
Project Worthmore distributes care packages filled with household and hygiene necessities to local refugee families. We count on generous volunteers like you to help us in this effort. Please consider purchasing these items or organizing a collection drive at your school, business, church or neighborhood!
Our most needed items are:
- Diapers (all sizes!)
- Laundry detergent
- Feminine hygiene/sanitary pads
- Toilet Paper
- RTD Bus passes (10 pack)
- Gift Cards from King Soopers, Target, or Walmart.
You can shop our Amazon wishlist and have items shipped directly to us or drop off at our office, Monday – Thursday, 9 -6:00.
Complete Care Packages
We also love to get completed care packages that have each of the items listed below assembled into a reusable bag.
Each care package should include the following:
- Liquid laundry detergent: 100 oz bottle
- Dish soap: 18-32 oz
- Shampoo and conditioner: 13.5 oz bottle
- All-purpose cleaner: 32 oz
- Soft soap
- Deodorant
- Toothpaste
- Paper Towels
- Toilet Paper
- Sanitary Pads
- Bandaids
- Men’s Razors
- Shaving Cream
Gift and Cash Cards
Frequently, we have refugees come to us with emergency needs for food, shelter and clothing. We try to meet these needs by offering grocery and department store gift cards or cash cards, such as King Soopers, Target Gift Cards and Visa Cash Cards. The cards are donated to Project Worthmore by community groups, businesses, churches and schools. A gift card drive is a wonderful way to support Project Worthmore.
